nrg Outdoors is an annual program designed to improve outdoor recreation skills, promote the use of parks and trails, and improve conservation practices among youth and families.

Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the program equips physical education teachers and recreation leaders to:

TEACH: active outdoor recreation skills to youth

CONNECT: youth to outdoor parks, trails, and events

CONSERVE: promote environmental stewardship
